Delete your account

Can’t sign in? Enter the email address on your DVC Rental Store account, and we’ll send a confirmation link to that address.

Can sign in? Ask from your profile instead.

What happens next

  1. We email a link to the address on the account. It works once, for 60 minutes.
  2. You confirm on the page the link opens. Nothing happens until you do.
  3. Our team reviews the request and deletes the account within 21 days. If a stay, payout, or payment isn’t finished yet, we wait until it is.
  4. Your profile, travelers, saved payment details, and uploads are deleted. Payments, payouts, and signed agreements are kept for set periods, then deleted. How long we keep your data

Changed your mind? Reply to any of our emails about it, or write to [email protected], before the account is deleted.
